- Great range of extra services. - Great Location. - Good Parking on site. - Owner very attentive but only as, & when, required.

- Complicated telly. - Some minor signs of 'wear & tear'. - Not massive amounts of hot water.

Fantastic property, loved the jaccuzi bath,great kitchen,many thanks for the beer and champagne.

Pity about the blackpool weather but you have no control over that.

We were very pleased with the apartment. We found it spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Steven was very friendly and helpful, he even took the time out to text us about the illumination testing. Thankyou for a lovely short break.

Admiral Point definitely has the WOW factor. For self-catering, this definitely is luxury accommodation, every mod con you would need, awesome furnishings and extravagant wall hangings, ornaments and lights that make this self-catering apartment unique. High-speed broadband, Nintendo Wii, piano and huge TV, something for everyone. Situated directly across from tram stop, overlooking the sea, very near shops and restaurants. (Sainsbury’s round the corner) Nicely located on the North shore but still close to all the usual expected "sight seeing stuff to see". Kitchen well equipped, big fridge freezer with bottle of bubbly supplied on arrival (&milk!) courtesy of Steve the owner. Not to mention the fresh fruit & flowers! Couldn’t recommend Steve high enough for attention to detail and all the help he gave us with various requests. Definitely the only place to stay if you looking for self-catering with a 5* star label. Try the Harvester Restaurant up the road in Cleveleys on the sea front, great menu and great for kids. If you sight seeing the local attractions, purchasing tickets on line is cheaper than paying on site.

Located on Blackpools North Shore across the road from the Irish Sea on Queens Promenade. Watch the sun slowly slide down under the horizon as a glowing orange ball while sitting in the solarium.
