ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW

We have a comfortable guest lounge to relax in and a well stocked bar where you can spend an evening with good company. We pride ourselves on being one of Blackpool's friendliest small hotels. We cater for families, couples , senior citizens, conference delegates & dancers.

We are centrally located and within walking distance of most major attractions including Blackpool Tower, Piers, restaurants and much more.

HOTEL DETAILS

We have a range of rooms that vary from single to family rooms. All are tastefully decorated and we have a non smoking policy. A full English breakfast is included in the room rates with special diets catered for( please mention at time of booking). All rooms have en-suite facilities as well as daily servicing. For more information please see "room descriptions".

Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot , please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

There is a pay & display car park just at the end of the road we are situated on and free parking in the local streets.

Breakfast is served between 9am and 9.30am with evening meals (pre booked at time of booking) served at 5pm. Earlier breakfast is available for conference delegates and dancers with prior arrangement. Special diets are catered for but please mention at time of booking.

Unfortunately we have no facilities to cater for disabled persons.

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Check in is from 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Earlier check in available with prior arrangement with proprietor.

A non refundable deposit of the first night stay will be required at time of booking with the balance to be settled upon arrival.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

OTHER INFORMATION

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation with a £2.00 charge added for all card transactions. There is no cancellation charge for bookings cancelled before 10:00am 14 days before your date of arrival (deposits are non refundable). If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Family rooms are based on any child aged 13 or under. A supplement will be added on arrival for children over this age.

We are a no smoking property.

Sorry no pets allowed.

We do not cater for stag or hen parties.
