Prices quoted are based on 2 adults sharing a double/twin room. Family room prices quoted are based on 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years) sharing. Rooms must not exceed maximum occupancy levels. Double and twin rooms are not suitable to accommodate young children. Minimum 2-night stay at weekends, during the Blackpool Illuminations period and during public holidays.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Information: A 20% (minimum GBP 20) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. Full payment by cash, debit/credit card required on arrival. A supplement of 1.5% will be charged for all debit/credit card transactions. Confirmation letter, balance outstanding and the house's terms and conditions of booking will be sent on receipt of booking. Please advise estimated time of arrival at time of booking.
