This is a hotel with a big welcome and this 3-star guest accommodation is owned and run by Jan and Terry. The hotel is on the North Shore of Blackpool, just a short tram ride from the centre of the town. Non-smoking throughout, the hotel offers attractive, recently refurbished and redecorated en suite accommodation in a peaceful, pleasant location, close to all that Blackpool has to offer. All of the en suite rooms have a private shower and toilet and are fully equipped. Under the personal and caring supervision of its proprietors, this spacious Edwardian town house offers a very high standard of food, cleanliness, decor and service. All guests are given their own late keys on arrival, so they are free to come and go as they please, accessing the hotel at any time. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
