ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW

With a great choice of rooms, The Glenwalden offers everything you expect from a B&B in Blackpool, including extra's such as wine, chocolates and flowers on arrival. A hearty evening meal can be ordered if you want to relax after a day in Blackpool, or maybe after a long drive when you first arrive. All rooms are en-suite and come equipped with soft fresh towels and complimentary bathroom accessories.

Located on the promenade, the Glenwalden is 2 minutes away from the Hilton Hotel in the North Shore region. It is only a 15 minute stroll along the seafront into the heart of Blackpool or alternatively there is a tram stop opposite the property and direct bus links into town.

HOTEL DETAILS

We offer 10 rooms, which are twin, double, family and one deluxe rooms, all non-smoking and modernly decorated. There are 5 rooms with sea-views. Room rates include a full English breakfast. All our rooms are en-suite and offer the facilities listed in “room descriptions” as well as daily servicing.

Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot, please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

There is limited parking available in front of the Hotel and free on street parking just round the corner. Lastly there is a large car park at the Gynn Square, 1 minutes walk away.

Breakfast is served between 8.30am to 9.30am.

We offer a large choice of branded named cereals, Grapefruit and fruit juice. Our cooked breakfast includes Bacon, Sausage, Grilled Tomato, Baked Beans, Mushrooms, Hash Browns and Egg, which can be fried, poached, scrambled or boiled. Tea or Cafétiere Coffee and Toast is also served.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the hotel.

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Check in is from 2pm (earlier by prior arrangement). Check out is up to 10.30am.

Deposits are at a minimum of £20 per person and are non-refundable. All major credit/debit cards accepted. The FULL balance must be paid up on arrival. (Balances paid by credit or debit card will be subject to a surcharge) Cheques are only accepted for the deposit.

OTHER INFORMATION

Deposit is non refundable. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total balance will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged the full amount to the person who made the original booking.

All bedrooms are non smoking, smoking is permitted on the balcony which is accessed through the Sunlounge on the ground floor.
