We are a small, friendly, centrally located hotel just yards from seafront parking, and we boast views of the sea from our garden, guest lounge, and family rooms. We are less than 10 minutes away from main attractions, including theatres, clubs, the cinema, central pier; Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. We are only a short tram ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore. Even with all these attractions on our doorstep, you can still enjoy a peaceful night

Smoking is permitted in rooms, although every effort is made to ensure that this has only a minimal effect on non-smoking guests. Towels, an iron and hairdryers are available on request.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Our dining room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, full English breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpool's multitude of attractions and activities. Breakfast is available at an additional cost.

Check in is from 2pm - 10pm. Check out is 9am - 10am. Exceptions may be possible. Please request at the time of booking.

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
