HOTEL OVERVIEW

The hotel rests in a quiet area, yet close to Blackpool tower, the promenade, town centre, restaurants and nightlife. All our 11 bedrooms are en suite, with 2 double rooms on the ground floor. We have a guaranteed car park space for every bedroom, with secure parking at the rear of the hotel. The hotel is located just north of the town centre on Park Road, which is on the way into Blackpool from the M55. Blackpool Tower, Central Promenade, Winter Gardens, the Grand Theatre, shops, markets and restaurants are only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. We are open all year and look forward to seeing you at the Carlee.

Non-Smoking Rooms, Family Rooms, Heating. Our bedrooms are all a good size, with well appointed en suites. All rooms have double glazing and colour free view TV as well as other facilities.

We have 4 family rooms, 6 doubles (including the 2 on the ground floor) and one single room. Breakfast is served in our spacious dining room.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged GBP 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 09:00.

Check in is from 12pm. Check out is 10.00am. Exceptions may be possible. Please request at the time of booking.

A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

OTHER INFORMATION

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A non-returnable deposit of GBP 10 per person will be taken at the time of booking. When booking a room, you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
