We enjoyed our visit and were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and management and the breakfasts.
We felt that the bedrooms were very small, not very well equipped and in need of some TLC in the form of new mattressess and bedside tables and lamps. It would have been very much appreciated to have a sheet as well as a duvet on top of the bed for nights where the temperatures were not so very chilly.

very friendly hotel, excellent location for attractions etc. Breakfast was excellent and also we purchased the 4 course evening meal which was excellent and great value for money at just £7.00 per person. Clean and tidy
The room could do with a re-decoration.

1st room we were put in was horrible, tiny, cramped and very dissatisfying. Thankfully they moved us to a MUCH nicer room, however, i feel for whoever stays in the other room. Service was poor at times, when handing the keys back to check out, no friendly response but ok. Was expecting more from the pictures advertised, i was VERY worried when i saw the outside of the hotel - not as expected.

New Hotel
Hotel didn't have a reservation for my booking and had to find some where else. The weather was bad enough but then finding out no booking just totally made it worse, might not of been as bad if we were in blackpool for the week but it made the weekend even shorter having to mess around finding alterative accommodation.I haven't had chance to get to the bank so any money taken i'll be expecting a refund.Kind Regards.David Marriott.

Rooms were tidy and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast as well, good food.Hotel has a good location.
Couldn't get t.v's to work in either room, not a major point, but why have them if they don't work properly.

Clean property inbetween pleasure beach and tower, made it easy to get from place to place.
Although it states car park it is very limited so make sure you get there early.

Everything was clean, staff were very helpful & let us keep our bags there all day even after we had checked out :-) Man on reception even provided us with umbrella's when we discovered it was raining.
The room looked nothing like it did on the website however we asked for a smoking room so wether that had anything to do with it i'm not sure...Bit dissapointed with the cooked breakfast which consisted of 1 rasher fatty bacon, 1 not so nice tasting sausage, 1 plum tomato & a kids mini waffle....toast & coffee was the best part for me lol. Overall for the price we paid, it wasn't that bad & perfect for me & my friend after clubbing however i would not take my children there.

The first impression of the outside of the hotel was it needed a freshening up, also at night there was no lights on to give it an appealing welcoming atmosphere, but it didn't stop the staff making you feel welcome.

stayed for two nights with my family our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The evening meals are very nice and good value for money, the breakfasts were tasty and just enough with extra tea or coffee or toast if required. The hotel is relaxed. I was unsure after reading the reviews, but we enjoyed our stay .
Room 18 does smell !. There is an airfreshner in the room and it does pay to leave the window open a little to let the smell out. This could be retified by having the plumbing looked at. The other room was without any odours, so it seems it is just this bathroom that needs looking at !.
