We would like to thank Pete & Trish for there hospitality this weekend, they made our stay very pleasent. The Breakfast was plenty and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would advise anyone taking a trip to blackpool to stay here.

Trish and Pete make you feel so welcome, the rooms are spotlessy clean and the attention to detail is exemplary . The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is cooked to perfection and plentiful . They go out of their way to help you and nothing is too much trouble. The Cellar bar is comfortable and cosy and again the hosts give you a warm welcome, The bar is plentifully stocked with many variations of drink catering for young and old alike and the overall service is better than some of the 5 star hotels we have been to previously. If ever you need a hotel in Blackpool then I strongly suggest you book this one, as I know the next we we travel in this direction where we will be staying.

A cold weekend in Blackpool made all the more warmly by Pete and Trisha. Great hosts good clean and ample size room with a full quality breakfast. Great place for family with hard to please teenagers to amuse. We could have talked all night long in the bar.

we stayed for three nights over New Year and had a brilliant time. Trish and Pete go out of their way to make your stay excellent. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, excellent breakfast and wonderful bar service. We cannot rate this highly enough. Go and stay and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic ,cosy, clean friendly hotel, great rooms,great food and very very clean, i would rate this hotel very highly and would not hesitate to book again, i can not wait until next year to go again.I have been going to Blackpool for 30 plus years and can honestly say this is a great family hotel,the hosts are fab with children and go out of there way to make you feel at home.Thanks For a great weekend.
