Situated at the South Shore of the Beautiful Fylde Coast, adjacent to the Promenade (100 yards) near Grosvenor Casino and south Pier. Two minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water world. A brisk walk or tram ride away to the famous Blackpool Tower with Circus and Ballroom, Central & North Piers, and the main shopping area, for all you diehard shoppers who need Retail therapy. Numerous Bars, Restaurants and of course NIGHTLIFE for all ages!

HOTEL DETAILS

We offer double, singles, twin and family rooms. All rooms are en-suite, TV/DVD with freeview,central heating, double glazed Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers, safes,ironing facilities,all designed for your comfort.

Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot , please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Limited car parking (please request when booking).

Breakfast is served between 09.00am - 09.45am and includes a choice of branded cereals, jams and marmalade, choice of hot breakfasts, including full English, Tea/Coffee/Juices.

If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We also offer a freshly prepared, home cooked evening meal as an optional extra. Please book and pay for on arrival

Free Wireless Internet is available on the ground and first floor of the hotel.

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Check in is from 2pm. Check out is up to 10.30am.

A deposit of 35% will be required to secure the rooms. This is a none returnable deposit.

If you should need to cancel you reservation, please advise us as soon as possible, if you cancel 21 days or less before your due arrival date we reserve the right to charge you either 20% of, or, should the room not be re-let the full outstanding balance. No shows are liable for the full outstanding balance and the principal name will be billed accordingly.

We are a non smoking hotel.

We take small pets. Please mention when booking.

Families, couples and mature singles are welcome, we do not accept stag, hen parties or large groups / parties.
