Excellant sized room, comfortable bed, cleanest room I've ever had in a hotel!
Cooked breakfast not started until 9 am. Couldn't find a decent restaurant in the area of the hotel.

A beautiful old tudor style house in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes from the sea front. Really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom had plenty of space. Could not fault it. We were asked on the last morning if we would like to leave our bags if we were getting a late flight, we didn't need to ask them. Would definitely stay again.

I have been looking for accommodation like this for most of my life. Superb hosts, Cath and Rick, great breakfasts, cleanliness second to none. It was so good that we decided to stay another day. I recommend this hotel. We are returning in the New Year and bringing a few friends with us.

I only spent one night at The Old Coach House, and the reason I picked this hotel was due to the positive feedback it had received from previous guests. I would like to say that the service I received was superb, staff very friendly, food was good and the room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious. This hotel is run by people who genuinely care that you have an enjoyable stay.
My only negative comment is the fact that I only stayed there one night. Nothing negative to say

Close to Blackpool FC. An oasis amongst a sea of deprevation. Charming landlady.
Blackpool itself is so rundown

Lovely house, friendly owners and relaxing atmosphere. Honesty bar was an unusual & nice system in this day & age. Freshly made eggs to order for breakfast. Business had been under new management for approximately 8 months, the owners made use feel very welcome and were obviously very proud of their new venture with improvement plans ongoing for the future.
Not really anything negative but a few suggestions: Breakfast: Would of been nice to have some brown sugar to go with the excellent fresh cafetiere coffee. Also the addition of mushrooms with breakfast would set the breakfast to a higher (although already very good) level.
