Reservations

Do I have to pay a commission booking through the site? - No. The hotels you see pay our advertising fee’s and as such, the price you see is the price you pay.

Are my credit or debit card details secure? - Completely. NTGA uses the latest SSL encryption to encrypt the information when making a booking.

Can I cancel or modify my booking? - Please read the individual terms and conditions of the hotel you have made your booking with. Should you find that your question is not covered by the hotel policies, please contact us via email or phone and we shall endeavour to resolve any issues. Please note that the hotel policies are final and you should consider travel insurance to protect yourself financially should a problem arise around your holiday period.

Can I book using telephone or email? - No. We have designed the website so that the reservations are made using the online booking facility. However, please contact us if you are having any problems with making a reservation and of course we will be delighted to help.

When will my reservation be confirmed? - At the time of the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details so that you can view, amend or cancel your booking online should you wish to.

Are the room rates displayed, per person or per room? - The rates displayed are per room per night (based on two person occupancy) unless specified otherwise, for example a single room. Extra facilities such as extra beds or cots are listed under each individual hotel description.

Declined credit or debit card? - This is not uncommon. The hotel will contact you directly and work to find a resolution should a deposit be required.
