ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW

We have a comfortable lounge for you to relax in at the end of a hard days sight seeing in Blackpool.

The Ascot Guest House is only a short walk to the town centre, providing ample shopping facilities and superb restaurant's to suit all tastes. An equal distance brings you to Blackpool Tower, Wintergardens, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre, Night Clubs, Working men's clubs and lovely clean Sandy Beaches.

HOTEL DETAILS

We offer both en-suite and standard single, double, small double and family rooms, all non-smoking and modernly decorated. Room rates include a full English breakfast and special diets can be catered for (please mention when booking). All of our rooms come with the following as standard:

* Tea And Coffee Making Facilities
* Wi-Fi

Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot , please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

We have space for up to 5 cars at the front of the property and there is secure parking for motorbikes at the rear. All our parking carries a small surcharge. If you are not using a car during your stay then public transport is within easy reach.

A full English breakfast is served from 9am to 9.30am. Evening meal is served at 5.00pm with choices from the new varied menu.

Special diets can also be catered for and can be requested upon reservation.

Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Check in is from 12pm - please inform us if you plan to arrive in the evening. Check out is up to 10am.

The cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non refundable (please see cancellation policy).

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

OTHER INFORMATION

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged (please see deposit policy). If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation minus any deposit paid will be charged.

We are a non smoking hotel.

Pets are allowed and are free of charge. However any damage that may occur must be paid for in full.

We are a hotel catering mainly for couples and families. We do not accept large young groups.
