ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW

Start your day with a hearty home cooked breakfast in our spacious dining room before going out to enjoy Blackpool & its attractions. For your relaxation we have a comfortable TV lounge with promenade views, or if you fancy a drink or two then join us in our licensed bar, where you will find a warm welcome & lively conversation. As well as a TV there is also a pool table & fruit machine for your enjoyment.

Just 60 metres from the promenade, on the popular St Chads Road, the Manor House sits halfway between the tower and the pleasure beach, making us perfectly placed for your seaside stay. For those who love to “shop 'til they drop”, the town and the new Hounds Hill Shopping Centre is just a short tram ride away. With both tram and bus stops on the promenade, all the attractions that Blackpool has to offer are within easy reach.

HOTEL DETAILS

Our comfortable rooms are equipped with colour TV, hospitality tray and towels, and are serviced daily. Baby cots, child monitors, irons and hairdryers are also available on request.

Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot , please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

There is free parking in the local area as well as paid car parks charging £6 per 24 hours.

Start your day with our famous, freshly cooked English breakfast in our spacious dining room (8.45am - 9.30am) before going out to enjoy Blackpool and its attractions, and end it with our optional 3 course evening meal (starts at 5/5.30pm) and maybe a night in our licensed bar lounge. Bar snacks are available in the evenings from 7pm - 11pm.

Our meals are all freshly prepared in house with good quality ingredients and no packet sauces. Try our hearty home made soups too.

The hotel offers free WIFI in public areas.

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Check-in is from 2pm - 5pm. Latest check-in is 9pm except by prior arrangement.
Please telephone or email to advise us of a late arrival. (If you do not notify us of a late arrival your room may be re-let.)
Check out is up to 10am.

The cost of the first night is required as a deposit and is non refundable. If deposits are to be paid by cheque, we must receive the cheque at least fourteen days prior to arrival in order to allow time for the cheque to clear.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Payments made by credit/debit cards are subject to a £3 handling charge.

OTHER INFORMATION

If you should need to cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible. If you cancel 7 days or less before your due arrival date we reserve the right to charge you either 25% of, or, should the room not be re-let, the full outstanding balance.

We are a non smoking hotel.

We do not allow pets.

We kindly ask that all balances due are paid on arrival (cheques cannot be accepted for balances).
