The Property comprises of seven apartments in all, three of which have sea views. Each apartment has central heating and is fully equipped including bedding . An inventory is supplied for each room with additional items such as travel cot, high chair or child bed being available by request at no extra charge. We also provide a Welcome pack at the commencement of your holiday which contains Hand towel/ tea towel/ kitchen towel/washing up liquid/scourer/toilet roll/ tea/ coffee/sugar/milk to help you settle in. Limited parking is available in our private car park at the front of the property, secure off site parking can be arranged at a nominal charge. Internet Access
We offer wireless internet facilities for you to bring your own lap top. Each apartment has freeview facility with sea view apartments also having dvd players. Disabled Facilities
Ramped access to the main entrance enables wheelchair access to our two ground floor apartments, and other disability aids can be made available. Please ask for details. CHECK-IN DETAILS Check in times
Rooms will be ready for occupancy from 2.00pm. and must be vacated by 10.30am. on day of departure. Deposits
We require a deposit (per apartment) of £50 on short breaks and £100 on breaks lasting 7 days or more. This will be charged from your credit card within 24hrs. Your booking will not be secure if this payment cannot be taken. Accepted Credit Cards

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a 20% administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost. Smoking Policy
