The Queens Mansions were everything we expected and more. There was nothing amiss during our stay and the level of comfort was excellent.This was our third stay at the Queens Mansions.

Would recomened to friends and family, amazing atay, even for 2 small children. Next time we go to Blackpool would love to stay again.

great place to stay, great location, food outlets, restaurants galore, supermarket and cheap pub prices, called in the Bispham hotel and paid 1.58 for a pint. That will do for me.

You could not have wanted a nicer place to stay it was immaculate, absolutely gorgeous, had everything you needed and more and the owners were lovely, they even left out some tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, cloth, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet roll. Compared to some places we have stayed at in blackpool this was like staying in a 5 star hotel. Will definitely be returning on our next break.

This made our trip to Blackpool, exceptional. Mick and Shelia make you feel welcomed and were absolutely great and helpful. The apartment was fantastic. Easy access to cabs, bus etc. Really an awesome-awesome place!!!

Had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Blackpool who wants self catering and a bit of luxury not a cheap BB. Stayed in the Lakeland and Queens suites and both were very well maintained, clean, and had a great luxury contemporay look. The queens suite has 3 bedrooms and a aqua tv in the jacuzzi bath...very posh. They have everything you need from inventory to a washing machine,dishwasher etc.The management were fantastic very friendly and helpful with all our requests. Both apatments have fantastic sea views and the apartments are situated in a 'nicer' part of town. I would definately stay here again and pay the extra for comfort.Thank you...

I stayed with my two children 15 and 11 years. We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment was exactly as I had seen it on the internet if not better. The views from the apartment were breathtaking.
I was, however, very disappointed because the accommodation was advertised/sold as “Free WI-Fi connection”. I could not get the free Wi-Fi connection at all from Lakeland. When I asked a member of staff she told me that I could not get the Wi-Fi because the walls were very thick!! I had to go out of our apartment to the second floor where I stood by the star-case in order to get a very weak signal.
I brought my laptop because I had a lot of work to do which required internet access (WI-FI was one of the aspects that made me book this accommodation). I had to go to a shop where I had to pay for Wi-Fi in order to do my work. This meant, I had to drag my children out every time I wanted to access the internet.
The advert on the internet should be clear as to which apartments can access Wi-Fi easily. I appreciate that it is technically correct to say there is free Wi-Fi connection but it‘s very misleading to those who book because of the availability of WI-FI. It’s no good to me if the WI-FI is in the building and not accessible from my accommodation. I wanted to work from the comfort of my apartment not sitting down on the star case.
One evening my children complained that they were cold and I rang a number (which I had been given and had communicated with someone before) there was no reply so I sent a text message asking for someone to come and put the heating on as we could not do it from our apartment. Neither my call nor my text message was acknowledged – we were just ignored. Lucky it was just a cold night in the middle of summer.

I would definitely be going back again, soon i hope with my family and I would also be making recommendations to my friends. It was a true value for money.

We had the penthouse princess apartment- loved it! 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets- 2 ensuite and one just next door. Jacussi bath with plasma on wall, LCDs on all the bedrooms. Comfortable sofas, elegant dining areas. Very comfortable large beds. Great stay all round- very highly recommend.

The queens mansione are aptly named. We stayed in the Princess suite. what can I say, I have never stayed in a more beautiful apt. We were having ashort break with a few friends and on arrival were gob-smacked when we saw the apartment. it was absolutely fantastic. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed one with a king size and the other with a super king size bed. all rooms have a wall-mounted plasma tv and plenty towels,toilet rolls and toiletries.The beds were so comfortable. Although the weather could have been better we were quite happy to relax indoors every night.The interior design is of a high standard and would definately return to this accomodation.

Sainsburys 100mts down the road, great Italian near, fantastic food and 5 star service, just opposite sainsburys last orders 10.30. Maddisons nearby for great breakfasts, and a super Fish and Chips 50 mts from front door. Going back again, have a loop at Penthouse, tv in bathroom, heaven,,,,

We have just got back from a 3 day stay in the Princess Suite and I can honestly say we couldn't have wished for a more beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms all had flat screen tv's and the beds were huge and soooooo comfortable. The dressing tables in all 3 bedrooms were a nice touch, especially the lighting over the mirrors. The 3 bathrooms were amazing, the jacuzzi bath with built in tv went down extremely well with all the family. The kitchen was huge and had everything you could possibly want and more and the living room was lovely with yet another flat screen tv!!! I will definately be recommending this place to my friends and family and will be returning in the very near future!!
Hotel Location
Both the BURBAGE HOLIDAY LODGE and QUEENS MANSIONS are within 100 yards of each other, on the select area of Queens Promenade, Bispham, the North side of Blackpool town centre, but easily accessed by tram or bus for the bright lights, fabulous shows and the famous Blackpool Tower. To the North of Bispham is Cleveleys with an 8 screen cinema and excellent for shopping. Within 4 miles there is Fleetwood with its famous market, Freeport shopping village and Marina. Both apartment blocks are next to Red Bank road where there is the finest selection of restaurants on the coast, from family eating to that "something special" night out, including Italian, Indian, Thai and Chinese. Sainsburys is within walking distance for your food shopping. There is also a selection of designer clothes shops for him, her and the children.
