It's the little things that make a difference - taking our bags to the room whilst we parked the car, being offered tea/coffee and cake in the lounge when we arrived and sorting out payment for the parking.
Absolutely none !

Visited hotel on May the 7th for 3 days, was very quite, but the room was excellent, we paid extra for the luxury room which was worth it to us as we like just to chill out and spend time in the room, the room we had had a 50" telly, shower and decor were excellent.

I stayed at the Kenley for 2 nights and can honestly say I've never stayed a nicer hotel in Blackpool. Nothing was a problem - we were offered a warm welcome and a cup of tea as soon as we got there. The room was immaculate and the whole hotel is decorated to a very high standard. The hotel is centrally located, just off the front and with a tram stop right at the bottom of the street. The breakfast was that good we didnt eat again until 7pm. I would definitely recomend the Kenley to anyone wanting to stay at Blackpool and would book there aqain next time I go.

Fabulous place to stay. The value for money was unbelievable.. our room was simply divine and the two chaps who run the place are lovely and extremely friendly and welcoming. I would be amazed if it was possible to find a better place in Blackpool... The whole of St.Chads street oozes quality. You just cannot go wrong staying here.

In over Thirty years of going to Blackpool, sometimes twice a year, I can honestly say that this is the best hotel we have stayed in every respect. The rooms were of an extremely high standard of decor and beats the larger hotel groups hands down. The food is of the highest quality and far exceeds fare usually served in other establishments. Both Mike and Tony make sure that guests are made very welcome and are the perfect hosts.
Couldn't find any fault....and believe me, if there was anything, I wouldn't be slow to air my opinion.

On arrival we we received a warm welcomed by mike. The place was a fair walk from the central pier(20mins) but and ideal location for peace and quiet. Our family room was number 8 which was spotless however a bit on the small side especially if there would have being 3 of us.We had a look at room number 9 which was the best room there and worth the extra cost. Next time we want room 9...Breakfast was to a high standard.also available were fresh foods and cereals..LOVELY...tony and mike were very friendly throughout our stay..they phone taxi for us and gave us a free bottle of wine.
Small family room.

First class in all respects as always. This was our second stay and we were not disappointed by the service and high standards that impressed us the first time we stayed. Tony and Mike cannot do enough to make the visit a pleasant one. Like home from home. We would recommend the Kenley to all our friends (in fact we already have!)

We had a wonderful experience of Blackpool thanks to the hospitality we received at The Kenley. The food was Michelen Star ,the friendly atmosphere was apparant from the minute we arrived, and was never pushy. Our rooms were small, but much thought had been put into furnishing etc to not make size an issue. The front lounge was comfortable and very well presented everything in v good condition and cleverly split into 3 areas. the owners were helpful before we came and bought us tickets for a show and gave us directions for parking. My husband and frind like the smart fan !!!!!!!!!! AND of course the Guinness machine. Well Done Mike and Tony we appreciate all your hospitality.

I have not stayed at the Kenley before, and was met with a friendly welcome from the owners.I was offered a cup of tea, which was nice and if I needed a hand with my luggage. The decor and presentation of the hotel is of a high standard and my room was lovely. The huge flatscrren TV in the bedroom was a winner with my two young boys. The beds were comfy and duvets and pillows were the best quality, I have come across in my varied stays in hotels. The breakfast and evening meal was superb food and the I have never had such a well presentated evening meal before and of such amazing quality. I could not have expected more and was truly impressed of what a small hotel in Blackpool has to offer. Thank you to the owners for your kind gift of Easter eggs to my boys. I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic. W Drew, Derbys.

We stayed at The Kenley based upon the reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed.
The hotel is very well decorated with an amazing marine fish tank. The owners were really friendly and made the nicest tea ever! other nice personal touches e.g signs made to remind about the clocks going forward.
Rooms are warm and modern with comfy bed, flat screen tv''s and en-suite bathroom, only thing lacking is free wi-fi.
Good selection of food and as much toast as you wanted.
Great location near to the pleasure beach, football ground and Promenade, Parking can be tricky but cheap pay n display in the next road (2 min walk away). However the owners did offer to move their cars of the street so we could park!
If you are going to stay anywhere in Blackpool this is the place to stay for the silly money charged.
Great hosts,Great food,Great location,Great service.Great price.
Book elsewhere at your own risk!

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was immaculately clean and very well presented. Mike and tony made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel bar was very well stocked and had a very nice relaxing atmosphere. The room we stayed in was very well layed out and Comfortable. There was a flat screen t.v placed on the wall directly opposite our the bed. The meals we had missed out on, We was advised to have the meals next time we stay (Definately again) as people we met there said the food was fantastic and well worth £10 pp. We missed out! Wont next time!!! It is in the perfect location, Which is inbetween the pleasure beach and the tower. We would recommend this hotel to anybody. We are hopefully going to stay again some time next month, we are really looking forward to it!

My Mum, Partner, 8mth old daughter and myself have just come home from spending two nights in this wonderful b&b and i have to say we enjoyed it so much we have already booked to stay again in a few months.
On arrival we were greeted warmly with cups of tea and slices of cake that went down a treat and made us feel really welcome.
The entrance and lounge/bar area is imaculately kept and furnished tastefully which immediately sets you at ease in the knowledge you made the right decision in choosing this place.
The rooms are well styled and very very clean with excellent facilities, including en suite, ironing boards, hairdryer and in our case a travel cot. Myself, my partner and baby where in a modern room, the standard of which you would expect from a top end hotel. My mothers room was of the same excellent standard but decorated more tradionally, excellent for her.
The food was exceptional!!! and again its something you would expect to find in a top end hotel. It was good quality, freshly prepared and presented beautifully. A real treat! What was also impressive is that they prepared fresh food, blended to perfection for our baby without being asked. Needless to say empty plates all round!
My family will be returning in a few months as stated and to be honest as regular visitors to the area, cannot now imagine we will choose to stay anywhere else. We cannot speak more highly of this little gem of a b&b and if you are staying in the area, check availability here first, you will not be disappointed.

Mike and Tony are the best hosts we have ever met, they couldn't have done more to make us welcome. This is our second visit and still the standards of the Kenley are astonishing. We had a great time and have already booked to go again later in the year. The food was fantastic and Jane has not stopped saying how beautiful her beef dinner was and how impressed she is at your prefect eggs at breakfast.
