Friendly staff. It was clean and an up to date hotel. We only had breakfast which was lovely and there was plenty of choice. Room had sea views and was close to all attractions. Plenty of storage and a good sized room. The staff were happy to top up tea and coffee in the room when we ran out.
No negative comments. This hotel was value for money and I would stay again.

Good bingo, funny monkey man.
Arrogant receptionist, no help, basic room without even a hook to hang coat on, simple easy to fix problems in room e.g. Tighten screw. Crap flush on toilet, no cosmetics, slow underpowered shower.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They did everything to ensure all the guests had as good a holiday as possible. The breakfasts were extremely good with lots of choice and plenty of food set out. Staff were always on hand if you needed them. We would definitely recommend this hotel and if we were to stay in Blackpool again we would absolutely stay at the Craig-y-Don.

nice central seaview location in blackpool, very well run hotel, staff very professional, room was adequate, bathroom nice and spacious.entertainment at night is a nice bonus, though my daughter and her friend aged 13/14 felt it was a little to old for them,no real mix.overall lovely stay, this hotel has everything you need for a well deserved holiday, and would definately return.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was perfect, was very nicely renovated with a four poster bed. Breakfast was great too with a very good selection. Hotel is in the perfect location, nice and close to the central pier and town. Was worried it may be a bit noisy at night but was pleasantly surpised at how quiet it was.

really nice room it had just been decorated, nice food , especially the breakfast where you help yourself to as much as you want and the minestrone soup at evening meal was the best ever tasted . owners and staff really friendly , excellent location
no car park , would have been nice if there was guaranteed secure parking as it took us over a hour to find a space in the main car park in the town

Good staff, nice and clean, rooms not too small, food ok,bingo and quiz at night, good entertainer while we were there - Jason Stewart I think ??? Great view from the lounge windows (of the rainy seafront)and seaview rooms.
Can't think of anything negative, but my knees did go halfway into the shower cubicle when sitting on the toilet (perhaps the shower was an afterthought ?).Maybe my legs are too long !
