Room Information
We are offering comfortable attractive accommodation in all the seven well appointed double and twin bed rooms. All our room are en-suite and decorated to good standard. You will find it cosy and clean. All the rooms have; Tea & Coffee facilities, central heating, kettle, television, towels, late night key, clock-alarm, Wi-Fi, en-suite, spare blanket, pillow, hair dryer, fridge cooler, ironing board. It is home from home and you can have a cup of coffee or tea and relax. Just rest with your feet up.
Children's Facilities
Children under 10 years of age we be refused in to the guest house unless prior arrangement has been made with the owner. Proof of arrangement will be asked for. Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot , please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Guest Parking
Free parking is on the road out side and on the adjoining roads. There is a car park at the end of the road which is cheaply priced.

From the M55 head to the sea front then go a long the promenade with the sea on your left hand side, Pass the tower on your right hand side and then on the left you will see the north pier, go to the Hilton hotel on the right. As you pass the Hilton hotel turn right and then 1st left you will find us on the left hand side. We are in a much sought after area due to our excellent location in the select North Shore just off the Promenade. Close to the Hilton, Imperial and Savoy Hotel. With spectacular cliff walks. The Promenade and tram stop is only 1 minute walk from us.
