Property Facilities
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building. We now have a book library for those infrequent rainy days or bedtime reading.
We are not licensed to sell alcohol but do encourage guests to bring in their own drinks for use in their room or the guests lounge.
There is free on street parking directly outside the hotel and more 2-3 minutes walk away near to the Gynn Square park.
Lastly there is a large car park at the Gynn Square, 1 minutes walk away only charging £3.00 per 24hrs
Room Information
We have six bedrooms which we offer as double rooms. Of these, rooms numbers 1.2.4.5. are true en-suites. Room numbers 3 and 6 are rooms with a private and lockable bathroom a couple of steps away from the bedroom.
All rooms are decorated to a high standard and contain the usual en-suite facilities including towels.
Rates include a full English breakfast or indeed a breakfast of your choice. Dietary needs are catered for. Please include a mention when booking.
Disabled Facilities
Owing to the age and layout of the Kimberley, it does not readily lend itself to alteration to accommodate the disabled. However this does not mean that we cannot assist the disabled whenever possible.
Children's Facilities
Please refer to the room description to establish the maximum number of people that can sleep in a room. Room rates are charged per room, rather than per person. If you would like a cot in the room or are bringing a young child with your own cot , please add this request in the Special Requirements section of the Booking Form. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Guest Parking
There is free on street parking in the Avenue and a public car park two minutes away . Note: It is called the Savoy car park but has nothing to do with the nearby Savoy hotel. The present rates are a very good £3.00 for 24hrs.

Free WI-FI internet is available throughout the property.

As we do not offer evening meal we do encourage guests to use our dinning room for the purpose of consuming take away meals. We do not allow such meals including pizzas in the bedrooms.

Hotel Location
The Kimberley is situated close to Blackpool's North Shore and just one street back from the promenade. We are close to most of the large conference hotels including the Hilton and Imperial hotel. We are also ideally placed for public transport links to Blackpool Town Centre and Blackpool Pleasure Beach to the South and to the North, Cleveleys and Freeport shopping centre in Fleetwood.
